1. Applicability

These user terms / general terms regulate the use of services provided by Biluppgifter Sverige AB, organization number 556965-0798 (hereinafter "Biluppgifter"), for users (hereinafter "the User"). The terms cover all services and products that Biluppgifter offer on ezyvin.com.

By using the ezyvin.com service or registering as a member with ezyvin.com, you accept these terms. The latest version of the terms is always available on ezyvin.com. Biluppgifter reserves the right to deny membership to individual individuals. Only Biluppgifter decides who is granted membership.

2. Processing of personal data according to GDPR

To become a member of ezyvin.com, certain personal data must be provided, such as phone number and email address. By registering, you consent to Biluppgifter processing this personal data in accordance with these terms and applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). The consent applies until it is withdrawn.

  • Having more than one user account.
  • Using automated methods (e.g., bots or scripts) to search for information on the website.
  • Downloading or saving information from the website for commercial purposes without written consent.
  • Conducting an abnormally high number of searches that affect the website's performance.
  • Sharing member account or login credentials with other people.

In case of violation of the above rules, your account may be deleted and access to the service blocked. Biluppgifter reserves the right to conduct investigations in case of suspected rule violations and take appropriate measures, including filing a police report, permanently suspending the user, or demanding compensation for losses and legal costs.

4. Changes to membership terms

Biluppgifter reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes take effect upon publication of the updated terms on ezyvin.com. The user is responsible for staying informed about applicable terms. By continuing to use the service after a change, you are deemed to have accepted the new version.

5. Deletion of account and personal data

To terminate your membership and delete your account, you can:

  • Log into your account and use the function to terminate membership.

All information is deleted from our systems in accordance with GDPR, except for such information required to comply with legal obligations.
